Booking and Payment Conditions

·         Booking confirmation requires a 25% non-refundable* deposit with a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions within 14 days of reservation.

·         Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before going to villa.  If air conditioning or heating are required, this will be added to the invoice at £85 per week.

·         For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full price is payable on booking.

·         A breakages/damages deposit of £200 is payable with the balance.  This is totally refundable within 14 days of the end of your holiday subject to the local manager advising that all keys have been returned and there are no losses/breakages or damages.

·         Payment Methods Accepted: Sterling or euro cheque

·         Cancellation refunds:
The deposit is not refundable.
Over 8 weeks – no refund of deposit

4-8 weeks – 50% of balance refunded

Less than 4 weeks – no refund of balance.

All balances will be repaid if we take a replacement booking at the same price.

·
