Booking and Payment Conditions

·         Booking confirmation requires a 25% non-refundable* deposit with a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions within 14 days of reservation.

·         Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before going to villa.  If air conditioning or heating are required, this will be added to the invoice at £90 per week.

·         For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full price is payable on booking.

·         A breakages/damages deposit of £350 or 350 euros is payable with the balance.  This is totally refundable within 14 days of the end of your holiday subject to the local manager advising that all keys have been returned and there are no losses/breakages or damages.

·         Payment Methods Accepted: Sterling or euro cheque

·         Cancellation refunds:
The deposit is not refundable.
Over 8 weeks – no refund of deposit

4-8 weeks – 50% of balance refunded

Less than 4 weeks – no refund of balance.

All balances will be repaid if we take a replacement booking at the same price.

 

Notes

·       Guests must arrive after 4pm and depart before 10am

·        A cot and a high chair is available at an extra cost of £15 each per week.

·        For a two week stay, cleaning and change of bed linen and towels will be mid stay.  

·        If you would like additional cleaning this can be arranged at £15 for 2 hours.

 

 

 

HOW TO BOOK

 

1.  Please click on Terms and Conditions.

 

2.  Please click here to email with your required weeks, giving your name, address and telephone number.  A booking form will then be emailed to you. which you should then post to us with your deposit payment of 25%, or full payment if the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival. 

 

3.  After receipt of your deposit of 25% (or full payment if within 8 weeks of arrival) a Confirmation / Invoice will be sent to you.

 

4.  The Balance payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.

 

5.  After your balance has been received all final documentation will be sent to you.
